Jonathan Redman
Jonathan has over 5 years of experience working with private equity backed companies and corporate transactions, having joined Next Wave in 2011. Prior to Next Wave, Jonathan worked for PwC, most recently in their Transaction Services team focusing on financial due-diligence. During this time he worked with companies ranging from owner-managed businesses through to large multi-nationals. In addition, Jonathan has experience of tax advisory in restructuring, M&A and corporate recovery situations. At Next Wave Jonathan works on investment appraisal, portfolio management and due-diligence.
Jonathan studied Economics and Management at Cardiff University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009.
