Peter Wood
Peter has worked in the private equity industry since 2005 and joined Next Wave in 2008. Prior to Next Wave, Peter worked for PwC Strategy where he was responsible for conducting commercial due diligence and strategy consulting assignments. During his time at PwC Strategy he worked on over 25 private equity and corporate deals specialising in leisure, consumer goods and retail. Clients included Doughty Hanson, Apax Partners and Bridgepoint.
Peter is responsible for investment appraisal and leading our in-house commercial due diligence process. Peter also represents Next Wave on the Board of Simply Zesty Limited, the social media and online PR agency.
Peter studied management at Warwick University.
